When you want to create your Brand Identity as an individual, you require lot of Personality features which creates your Brand Identity like Leadership Qualities, Communication Skills, Yes To be extrovert to some extent, mannerisms at high level, assertiveness in behavior as neither submissiveness works nor aggressiveness both are lethal for self Brand identity. When you are interacting in public, society or even in whatever job or function you are doing, you need to develop Win-Win mindset , you always give the importance to other person’s interest not just taking care of Self-Interest.

Here I will explain pointwise:

1.Communication-Skills

You must be proficient in whichever language you communicate both verbally & in written, you must be able to make people or audience understand your viewpoint. In communication, always use polished language, don’t use abusive, threatening words as no one likes or appreciates such person.

2. Leadership Skills

You need to be problem-solver, if your team or society is struck , you must exhibit decision-making skills, you need to take the initiative to help, solve problem , Understand the Cause & Effect & then give proper solution.

3.Self-Appreciation

In public space whether online/offline avoid your self-admiration as it looks very fake & people are intelligent enough to read between the lines.

4.Consistency

Your ideal behavior must be consistent, it must not change in private or personal life, whatever you are outside as an individual behave same in your domestic life too, it creates much bigger impression as it will show that you are matured & responsible person & maintains work-life balance.

5.Positive Body Language & Ethics

When you are in public or society dealing with people, I will suggest maintain positive self -composure , show depth in your personality, avoid lose -talk , also ethics must be clearly visible, don’t play foul with anyone, It will create strong Brand -Equity of yours in public. Here Honesty & Integrity also come into picture.

6. Online Presentation

Here also stick to basics, follow whatever you do in Offline, don’t commit mistakes of like being arrogant , harshness, sharing false information, just stick to the truth, be natural, don’t show fake personality of your to the world as sooner or later , if you are fake, it get exposed.
